Returns, Replacements & Refunds: if you are unhappy with any item in your order, please let us know as soon as possible by calling 020 8545 0106. We may offer to replace the item, refund the cost or both depending on the circumstances and, if so, we may need to collect the faulty item for inspection.

2) Only orders placed on www.pizzaeuforia.co.uk or www.pizza-euforia.co.uk during a calendar month will count towards the qualifying spend for that month;
3) You will receive a voucher email on the first day of the following month, to be redeemed before the last day of such following month;
4) The voucher can be redeemed only when paying for a sit-down meal at Pizza Euforia. It cannot be redeemed towards home-delivery or collection orders, however placed;
5) The voucher can only be used once and cannot be redeemed for cash, even partially;
6) There is no carry-over of online spend from one calendar month to the next;
7) As the restaurant is small we strongly recommend to book in advance of your visit, we cannot guarantee a table unless you book;
8) "BE OUR GUEST" Program can be modified or terminated anytime, with the details of the changes posted on www.pizza-euforia.co.uk no later than the first day of the month affected by such changes.
